Shipping Rates

For all destinations shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the ship-to location as well as products ordered. Estimated Shipping rates for are $3.99 – 49.99 depending on the product and your location in the world. Other than products which can not be shipped together, the shipping cost of the additional product will be approximately 1/3 of the first product. Some orders containing different items may be shipped separately as they cannot be packaged together such as shoes and shirts.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: hello@wtevv.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Shipping Times
The time it will take to receive your item will depend on the ship-to location. 

Average shipping times are:

USA – 3 to 5 days
Canada/India – 6 to 10 days
EU – 3 to 7 days
Australia/New Zealand – 12 to 14 days

Please note that shipping delays can occur over which we have no control especially during busy sales seasons such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas and we ask you to allow for extra time to receive your goods. 

Order Processing
All items in this store are made to order and average order processing times are 3 to 7 business days. Processing times may vary during busier seasons such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas and due to Covid 19. 

IMPORTANT:
Order Processing Times must be added to the estimated Shipping Times.

Returned & Undelivered Packages
We will contact you if we receive your order back as undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided, addressee unknown, unable to forward or marked as unclaimed. We are unable to issue any refunds but your order can be re-shipped. Re-shipping charges will apply and depend on the product as well as the ship-to location.

If we do not hear from you within 28 days your item will be donated to charity.

Customs, Duties & Taxes 
Depending on your location you may be charged customs, duties, taxes or government fees. We are not responsible for any of these charges and if you are unclear as to what you may be charged by your country we recommend contacting your local customs office for clarification.
